Grand View Property Management provides property management services to Buena Vista, Nathrop, Salida & the surrounding areas.

Grand View Property Management charges a percentage for the hosting services they provided in the package you choose. We schedule cleanings for all our rentals after guests stay and maintenance as needed. Our goal at Grand View is to provide a retreat your guests will want to come to over and over again.

Grand View Property Management utilizes a variety of marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and local advertising, to reach potential tenants and fill vacancies quickly. We use dynamic pricing for our short term rentals to help fill our properties calendars. 

At Grand View Property Management we take care of your home while your gone as if was ours. Many of our second home owners come for a period of time during the year and leave the rest of the year (ex. Snowbirds). Second home management includes; checking the property while owners are gone, winterizing the home if needed, scheduling cleaning and other maintenance as needed.
